Poll question: Make your prediction... who will the Smear machine go after first?

Looks all but certain we'll have a Democratic House come January. And you know what that means, boys and girls... nonstop scandal hunting from Mr Scaife and his gaggle of hired dumpster combers. Soon we'll be hearing smear smear smear from the Right Wing noise machine. When they can't find something on whoever they go after, then a rumor becomes an unsubstantiated assertion, which then becomes a lie about whatever Democratic House member they choose to go after first.

First it begin on some turdlish RW blog that turns the rumor into a lie. Then Drudge runs it because a blog is a source, after all, which makes the lie news. Then Fox talking heads start asking why, when this horrible scandal is breaking "all over" the internet, they're covering the story but all of the "mainstream liberal press" like ABC, CNN, CBS, and NBC are covering it up. So of course these other news outlets will start having to cover the non-scandal just to show their "credibility and balance". Final step is when loony rightwing Congressmen start demanding that Alberto Gonzales appoint a special prosecutor to investigate all the "swirling accusations" against whatever Democratic House leader the Smear Machine goes after first.

This is the news of 2007. The only questions are, which House member will they swiftboat first and when will the faux "scandal" start making the news? Your votes, please.
