For possible U.S. War Game activities to be taking place. The Rocky Mountains have similar characteristics as that of North Korea. An influx of Helicopter and Jet movement, along with restricted boundaries may indicate a wargame taking place. These games will be meant to give the government and it's generals a good understanding of their strategy to defeat North Korea on the ground and in the air.
