Bush has NO desire to keep America safe

He issued a Signing Statement which says he doesn't have to obey the law when it comes to FEMA. Congress passed a bill which said FEMA directors have to have MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS with EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT, and Bush said NO.

But the America he is talking about is the rarefied land populated by Captains of Industry and Legacy Babies of Governmental Leaders. Because as he and the other members of that "Fraternity" have realized the American Dream, in which a small oligarchy control this Nation.

That is what the Founders set up. A small tight knit group which every so often exchanges control of Government offices and ensures Industry trickles down just enough wealth to keep the masses in check.
