"The Joe Lieberman for Joe Lieberman candidacy"
Edited on Fri Aug-25-06 07:01 PM by Wetzelbill
I heard somebody say that today in one of my classes.

It's so transparent, I think the only people who don't see it are the Lieberman staff members, his CT supporters and the DLC. Hell, I'm sure Republicans see it that way too, but they don't care. Joe is an Iraq War ally, so why not exploit that rift and try to pull the same old "weak on security" BS? It's about all they got, so that is expected. We all know Republicans will do whatever they have to do to try to control the 3 branches of government, however shameless that might be.

But Joe, he just keeps trucking along, high and mighty and absolutely selfish.

It is a fucked up thing watching a guy like that self-destruct. I remember watching Zell Miller go completely off the deep end. Not a pretty sight.

So watching the former Dem VP nominee go down in flames like this is bad. It's even worse when he pulls out the anti-semitism card and bashes the Democratic party with Right-Wing talking points.

And, for what?

His ego.

Joementum for Joementum.

It's been a long 6 years.
