Here's why that wont happen:
1) Nederland is one of the biggest investors in the US is not the biggest investor.
2) Many, many, many of the wealthy in the country are heavily invested in Nederland
3) France would nuke the everloving shit out of us

5) China would use the opportunity to seize Tiawan.

7. Couldn't the Netherlands argue an attack on it is an attack on all the EU?

If we sent an invasion force to retrieve captured US personnel or even statesmen, wouldn't the Netherlands argue that we are in effect invading all of the European Union since they are a member of the EU?

Would that not be construed as an act of war against the EU???
