How long can the Osama distraction/diversion be used?

Its almost impossible for any politician in office or not to call bullshit on this latest Osama tape...THEY are the big boogie man in the shadows...and there is no way to diffuse it...at least not in the short amount of time between now and the sotu..nothing in Gores' speech needs now be addressed..other than to say, my opponents et al. dont understand the war on terror...blah blah blah....the terror thing is just impossible to question...and they've been playing that card a long time..too long .there has just got to be away to honestly address this...without diminishing any actual threat...its gotta be called out...i thought of this (although a fantasy)....some bookie in las vegas takes a much publicized bet for a gazillion dollars about the content of the sotu...no bets placed until 2 hours before the show..er (sotu),75% of the sotu is about terror(my bet)...or 75% of the sotu is not about terror...winner wins a gazillion dollars and endless publicity... at the moment i cant think of anything else...
seriously, how much longer can the Osama distraction and diversion be used?
