This is Not What Democracy Looks Like
Bush, Rummie and Condi keep telling the world that they are bringing democracy to Iraq and the Middle East. Now they are threatening Lebanon and Cuba with more of the same.

This is what Bush & Co wants to bring to the world. More death and destruction. This is Not What Democracy Looks Like.

6. I have thought for some time that this is the Fourth Reich
It is slowly emerging, packed courts, enabling acts, wiretaps, warrantless searches, I
have heard that the word "Gestapo" means Homeland Security, if we do not fight that's is
what it will be only the advance will be not after the resources of the shopkeepers and
the affluent minority but the oil rich but weak military states.

7. Someday read "The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich" by
William L. Shirer. The parallels start jumping out you from the very beginning. The book was written in the sixties, but it's riveting even today, especially since you can sit there and say, but that's what they are doing in our government. The author was an American correspondent in Berlin all through the rise of the Nazis up until WWII when he had to get out of Germany. He went back after the war to chronicle what happened.

If you already know about this, I apologize, but many people don't.

8. I will buy it on Amazon
I have heard about it but not read; but I have been uneasy for some time. I remember a great
deal since I was born in 1953 and my parents frequently discussed the war, Hitler, the Nazis
the Holocaust, it was their way of dealing with the horror.
