3. The Pub argument seems to be that the courts disagree with them,
so THEY have to pass this to over-rule those damn judges in advance of their "wrong" ruling!

I heard several of them say that!

7. This bill is so important to me.
It was the threat of a lawsuit by the ACLU that made my school revoke a referral that I was given for not standing for the pledge last year. I trust the courts more than I trust this authoritarian Congress.
