The point is that the President of the United States, in his infinite wisdom, has effectively boiled the entire Middle East conflict (arguably the most complex problem of our time) to, "hey guys, knock it off."

You don't go to someone else's house for dinner and openly swear, and you don't go to a formal public meeting where you are going to get attention, and pepper your language with those kinds of words. I thought Bush's arrogant, careless mannerisms provided a nice insight into how he approaches the presidency (for anybody who hadn't gathered this already!). And the disrespectful attitude he has ... I've worked for people like this, plus I've had to supervise people who had that kind of mindset, and I don't know which is worse. Either way, they cause trouble and seem blissfully unaware of how much effort the rest of us have to put into cleaning up after them.
