Dick Cheney....the MOST powerful VP in history?
Frontline stated this. Cheney has constructed a substantial national security staff, and placed throughout the government people who have previously worked with him and share his political and policy orientation. The president delegated much of foreign policy and national security to the vice president. We've read on DU many times about Cheney's arm twisting and one can only wonder if his extreme power will ever diminish. I truly cannot figure out his real motivation for all the damage he has caused.

8. Is there ever going to be any accountability?
The media cowers and it seems as though Congress does too......pretty scary when you think about it.

7. He is the Hitler...
President Bush is inept, that makes him like President Hindenburg, and Karl Rove is like Goebbels.

9. He's very secretive.....remember the energy task-force meetings?
It went to the Supreme Court who sent it back to the federal appeals court with a stern recommendation to reconsider, and of course they ended up ruling in his favor.
