Thinking about Snowjob's remarks, I do believe that I will be borrowing his phrase from now on.
When some GOP supporter starts going on about 9-11, I think I'll just say, "It's a number...just a date." When one of the self-righteous 'pro-lifers' complains about the 1 million 'babies' aborted, I think I'll say, "It's a number." When someone complains about the cost of gasoline interfering with their vacation plans, I'll say, "It's a number..just a price."

If our so-called leaders can reduce the death of a young person to "It's a number" than I can stop being all emotional about the issues that bother these fools and brush them off with "It's a number."
