time when listening to 680 from Memphis.. blank dead air to actual emergency weather sirens/horns in totally clear weather and no announcement of a test, no explanation..

this usually happens when a special guest, who is an actual world class authority, is making a point about the economy or the Whitehouse.

it is happening more often all the time.

i want to thank ARR or helping me get into electronics.. i live on the fringe of their transmission.. i was trying to get better reception and ended up with 400 feet of antenna wire and 4 tuned foot loop antennas inducting to 10 inch ferrite bar.. i build replicas of old crystal radios.. check out Dave's stuff.. just google 'Dave crystal radio' he is one of the finest artists around.

3. I have noticed that..... only AM 950 in Minneapolis....

they cut to commercial during the crucial portion of an interview. The owner of our station has supposedly banned the subjects of abortion and gun control from her airwaves. I dont know that for sure though.....
