Cingular Wireless fights back against cellphone record Websites

Cingular Wireless obtained a temporary restraining order against two companies that have been offering cell phone records for sale on the Internet, RAW STORY has learned.

The other day, John Aravosis obtained phone records for General Wesley Clark through one such site and posted a redacted version at his blog. Aravosis also posted a letter that Democratic Senate leader Harry Reid wrote the FCC demanding an investigation "immediately."
