18. I've noticed that whenever he or the chimp.......

give a speech while using soldiers as a prop, that several of the soldiers behind them appear to be sleeping or overly relaxed or downright listless.......

It made me wonder if these soldiers are unkowingly fed tranquilizers in the hours before the speech to make sure there is little chance of an outburst during chimp's or the "shootist's" lying session!
