Second Tropical Depression forms in the Pacific

It seems to be near the same area of Mexico as the first one.

1. Luckily......
most of the storms that form off of Western Mexico sort of drift out to sea and eventually dissipate.

However, some of them track up the coast to the NW and do substantial damage.

There is even a slight chance that one could "re-curve" back into Southern California.

Most of the press goes to the Carribean and SEUS, but the potential of Pacific storms to do damage is there.
