Oh wait, there's two more, on CBS just now the guy said that two women were shot and killed by U.S. troops today, one was pregnant and actually in labor.

He stated that the soldiers "TRIED TO SAVE THE BABY", but it died.

The official statement said the incident was "regrettable".
