There certainly are ones to worry about though - apparently Feinstein (which shocks me - about the only issue she's dependable on is choice), I'd worry about Landrieu and Nelson for sure.
The key to the gang of seven is Byrd, and I think his concerns regarding presidential authority and abuse thereof will give him pause about this guy. Certainly it's a bigger issue to him than 'saving' the filibuster.
