Yes, it does concern me. The President claims he is protecting Americans, but the Constitution is what protects us, and his job is to protect it. He cannot protect the Constitution by violating the Constitution.

7pm: The President is violating the Constitution, and General Hayden is the one that is actually performing the crime. You do the math.
