I just got off the phone with Blue Cross/Blue Sheild and wound up talking to FIVE different people to try to make my point: I want BC/BS to pay for Andrea Clarke's care until she, Andrea, gets better or until her family decides that they want care suspended.

I called 972-766-6900 to say my piece/peace about Andrea Clarke in St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital.

I started by telling them that I have Anthem coverage and that I was a concerned citizen and could I talk to public relations department to state my concern...

They tossed me every which way and just keep giving me the run around until I mentioned MICHAEL MOORE's new movie about the health care industry and how HE is covering the Andrea Clarke story.

Then they wrote down my complaint - I have no clue what happens with it next, but I got some small satisfaction of having been heard.
