Need the unanimated NSA eyeball (I think it is a gif)

I've had the blinking NSA eyeball as my background at work. Someone has been sneaking on my computer through our network and taking it off, likely the neocon two offices down.

Well, there is a "policy" to not have a moving screensaver, but I'm not using it as a screensaver--I'm using it as a background.

Does anyone know if the image is anywhere without the blinking animation? I wish to continue to piss of my colleague.

1. I only have the animated version.

Maybe you could photoshop it to make it stop blinking?
