i went to my first medical management weight loss program this morning.

i had to sign a paper stating that i understand the risks involved in entering such a program--such as that dieting may cause me to die...yet, not dieting may also cause me to die. despite it all i look forward to starting the program on thursday, as first they want me to undergoe some lab work which will be done thursday morning...:)
