Clinton Donors Offer to Finance Michigan Primary

Ten donors to Sen. Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign "offered Wednesday to give Michigan $12 million to hold a rerun of its Democratic primary as she and rival Barack Obama traded sharp words over the proposed June 3 contest," according to the Los Angeles Times.

Govs. Edward Rendell (D) of Pennsylvania and Jon Corzine (D) of New Jersey gave Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm (D) "a list of 10 people who would guarantee the state up to $12 million in donations to hold the election."

Yeah, I know -- losing. It was a rhetorical question. :P

So much for "democracy". And yet out there they whine about Hillary supposedly stealing elections and doing anything to win. I guess not letting certain Americans have their voice heard is okey-dokey. Sounds almost criminal to me. Hillary is the one that should be afraid really. She already won there, she could lose with the next vote. Obama has more to gain: he already lost, he could end up winning. Sure, there are those nasty delegate things that she would get if she won again but once again I say: how democratic is it to not let all of America have it's say if they can?
