Any predictions for what to expect this winter? It looks to be the coldest

December we've had hereabouts (Central New York)for a few years. I can never remember if that's due to La Nina or El Nino or neither.

3. We just dodged a major ice storm in southern Missouri
Everyone around us is iced up with no electricity. I've read some articles saying we are supposed to be warmer than normal. I'm just not sure yet. I bet we'll have a rough tornado season this year.
