December we've had hereabouts (Central New York)for a few years. I can never remember if that's due to La Nina or El Nino or neither.

Everyone around us is iced up with no electricity. I've read some articles saying we are supposed to be warmer than normal. I'm just not sure yet. I bet we'll have a rough tornado season this year.
