2. yup. And given the emotion in his voice last night when

covering the Red Lake shootings vis a vis the Schiavo case, I gotta wonder if he's sitting on his hands to keep from blogging about the Schiavo train-wreck-in-motion, too. That whole tableau is disgusting on so many levels and it's shameful to see the neocons exploiting the parents to whip up their fundie base and lay the groundwork for the urgent "need" to use the nuclear option to permit the appointment of good judges to replace these unfeeling monsters who are murdering poor Terri :eyes:. Only question is whether they've miscounted heads and pissed off more people than they've revved up, and how agitated the folks in either camp are and how long their memories are. I'm hoping the folks in the "rational" camp stay disgusted for a long damned time, 'cause there are obviously quite a few people pitching their tents over there today -- it's just a matter of how long their attention span is. By the way, Tom -- how's that ethics investigation coming along? :*
