Here's my end of year Fitness Report Card
I think the thing I'm most proud of is the # of times I went to the gym. I've just never had that kind of consistency in my life before - I hope I can keep it going.

Went to the gym 143 times, including 25 swimming sessions

I had 32 softball games or practices.

I had 48 practices when I went out on my own to pitch, bat or field.

On eliptical machine I went from level 1 to level 10

On exercise bike I went from level 4 to level 12.

Core exercises, went from 10 crunch sets to 38 crunch sets.

Strength training -

Leg extension 40lbs to 90 lbs.

Leg Curl 35 lbs to 65 lbs

Leg Press 130 lbs to 375 lbs.

34 pounds. 10.5 first quarter. 9.5 2nd quarter. 8 Third quarter. 6 Last quarter.

5. I have to ask...
What anabolic stack are you using? You're a female and went from 130 to 375 on the leg press (sled or Universal?) in a year. Wow.

I kid, naturally. Congratulations, and keep it up! Those are some big numbers to put up.

Steroid big. Hmmmm...

Still kidding.

6. Anabolic stack - is that a steroid term?
Does it make a difference if the leg press is both legs at the same time? I don't think it's universal, when you press, you actually move your seat up and back as oppose to the place where you put your feet moving. Is that a sled?

Also, I'm a catcher in softball, so I guess I already had some strength in my thighs.
