Exercise isn't helping much
It's hard continually walking, speed walking, and stair climbing when I only seem to feel weaker. :(

There is no nerve damage, so what is going on is bizarre. (thyroid levels are normal too)

Maybe it is just anxiety and it feels like something else.

1. What has your doctor(s) diagnosed you with?
I know you've mentioned it before, but I can't keep everyone straight.

The important thing is to keep at the exercise, and tweak the diet and meds as needed.

2. Asperger's Syndrome, PTSE, depression
I'll have to do tradmill action more often; without any inclines. My knees have been bothering me badly all day today. :( (my left leg nearly collapsed at the store too)

3. Do you have access to a pool?
Swimming is less stressful on knee joints than running or walking.

5. A rowing machine is easier on your joints than
a treadmill. It's the new thing now since spinning is so out.
