I hope to be back next week.
The head cold really knocked me on my butt. After getting rid of the head congestion, then I developed the congested cough that really hasn't yet left me. Almost any activity makes me hack. I'm drinking a lot of tea, and trying to keep it all loose so I can get rid of it and get back on track.

I hate the way I feel when I don't work out. :(
