Monday, 1/23: I worked out today--did you?
Hi gang! Happy Monday! :hi:


I jogged 3.1 miles this morning (42:57) and then went into the weight room to do an upper body workout. I'm increasing my weights this week and it's pretty tough so I'm doing fewer reps (I'll work my way back to 2 sets of 12).


How did you folks manage today?

I swam a good mile this morning. I may try to ramp up to a longer distance beginning next week. We'll see. The water was cold this morning!

2. I did legs and 30 minutes of cardio.
I increased my leg weights, too. I'm going to be sore tomorrow. :D

for the 5:15 a.m. spinning class.

i'm considering going every morning at 5:15 just because i like how it gets my day started off...a good work-out for my body, plus my mind gets to wander a bit to the music. :)
