Hello, I'm Earth_First!

I've been a lurker to the DU/Photo group for some time now; following and voting in the Photo Contest threads for just as long...thanks for all the hard work!

Anyhow...

I thought I'd share a few of my images taken in the last six weeks (or so...)

Gotta love the leaf kicking one. People that can have a good time with something as cheap and available as leaves on the ground deserve to be documented in a photo, LOL. The lily pad one is quite interesting. The lily pond around here dries up before they can change color in the water, so I like that one a lot, too.

We are a bit busy right now with autumn hangovers from so many photos, and the stairway contest going on.
I like your photos a whole lot. Especially the first and third. The first is like a look into a fire, it spells beauty and almost danger. Like the second a whole lot, too. But the third simply rocks. It's one of the finest images we have had on this board (IMO) for this fall's crop.
Lively, moving, a fabulous shot!!!

I also like the last one, very moody, great color.

We are really friendly, I'm glad you stepped in from your lurking post, now please hang up your coat and stay.
