Shooting Up - Follow-up Report

Last week, we reported on the surge of DUers shooting up, many in public. Tonight, a special follow-up report. As expected, the number of confirmed cases of DUers shooting up has abated. However, there are 30 DUers whose cases need further examination. The evidence of them shooting up will be exhibited for all to see. Their peers will then judge them to determine which require further examination. Comments from the general public discussing the merits of each case will also be accepted at this time. The second round of judgment will shortly follow. At the end of the proceedings, one DUer will be marked as having the most egregious example of shooting up. Their name and their deeds shall be made known to all. He or she will then be sentenced to community service that will last approximately a month, in the form of organizing the next round of judgments. Whether this sentence is enough to deter any DUers from shooting up is undetermined but unlikely. Only time will tell.
