A few random family shots just because. ;-)
Here's my baby brother John on the occasion of his 50th birthday on Saturday. He and his family rented a chalet in Girdwood for couple of days skiing, and we went down Saturday night for his truly fabulous homemade pizza and cake.

Heather and Robby watching the Superbowl

Colton and the "wings"

Sage and a Coca-cola moustache

Heather and Robby's new place has a swimming pool in the basement. Here's Sage in the process of being grounded from the pool for the foreseeable future. "No cannonballs, no heads first." Ooops.

Can we ground them ALL now?

I had too many good pictures of Sebastian. He'll get his own thread. :)

1. These are great photos.
Thanks for sharing your family with us. Looks like everyone had a good time.

And a pool in their basement? That would truly be heaven!

2. They are REALLY lucky to have the pool...

...especially in a rental house. Not too much outdoor swimming goes on here, as you can imagine, and the only indoor pools are at a couple of athletic clubs and a few of the high schools. This pool is only four feet deep -- thus the "head first" prohibition -- but it's deep enough to get a little exercise, and the kids love it.

4. the pool jump
Great motion in that one! You sure had the timing down. I feel as if I am in the basement, having lots of fun.

5. You have an amazing and unusual talent to be able to do such
great photos across so many genres. Landscapes, portraits, action, and so on, and I don't know what to label this set other than excellent.
