7. "Don't Even Think ..."
I saw that one on 5th Ave in NY, I think, outside Calvin Klein or one of the other designer stores.

12. The first time I ever saw a "Don't Even Think..." parking sign ...
... was in the apartment complex I lived in in 1972, "Amber Flatlets." The apartments were owned and oerated by the Amber brothers, a couple of professional engineers who turned their investment hobby into their primary source of income. Iconoclasts, they displayed their Jewish roots and sense of humor in a number of ways. Some parking lot areas were labeled "Reserved For Elijah" and others with "Don't Even Think of Parking Here."

Needless to say, their sense of humor enhanced the "ambiance" of the Euro-style apartments here in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Gee... 36 years ago! Where does the time go?

S.H. - then run away?
S.H. - pay no attention, keep walking?
S.H. - if a man is crossing the road ahead - knock him down, run over him?
