My Canon Powershot S215

This is one of the first pics from my new digital camera. I don't know what I'm doing yet because I'm used to an SLR.
Any critique from you PRO types? I was thinking of taking a course at http://www.betterphoto.com/home.asp. Has anyone had experience with the site?

And I'm not even a parent.

The transition from SLR to digital non-SLR has been a bit jarring for me, but it gets easier just by shooting all the time.

One thing about digital that I like so far is being able to take whatever shots I want and not worry about wasting film. I used to feel guilty for doing that with SLR. :hi:
