Delayed sleep phase syndrome (DSPS) is a fairly common disorder of sleep timing. People with DSPS tend to fall asleep at very late times, and also have difficulty waking up in time for normal work, school, or social needs.

1. Geeze...

I didn't realize there was a name for this overwhelming fatigue I've had since daylight savings time began. It gets harder and ahrder to get up in the mornings. My kids are having the same problem and they get at least 9 hours of sleep a night. :boring:

Bedtime for this cat is 5am! Guess I got the sleep phase thang,I've been this moturnal way all my life.
So anyone calling before noon...Gets my answering machine..
Thankfully I see my Therapist at night..!
