Is this happening in your diocese too?

Four parishes are closing in our deanery. They are small parishes, and at least two don't have a priest assigned to them. It's sad to see this. :(

1. My parish was closed, and the set decorator priest in charge decided to keep

a parish with an old style church building open despite every possible analysis showing that it should have been the other way around.

Truthfully, both parishes should have stayed open!
