Survivor Fiji - Episode 8 Discussion Thread - NO SPOILERS
Lisi was a HUGE pain in the ass. I found it funny she made fun of Dreamz' name. I think Lisi is just as unique a name. I don;t understand why people quit the game. HAve they never watched before. Do they not know how tough it will be. She wanted to quit when she lost the luxary. I so did not like her

Mookie is safe with the idol. I bet he plays it very soon. I loved the local dancers. Fiji is beautiful and the people there have a wonderful culture. Of course Ravu did not pay attention to the dancing and stunk in the dance off. The lobster looked so good. I was glad for Earl. I don't like that he is trusting Michele, and that may come back to haunt him. At the immunity challange, I was happy to see Yau Man do well. HE has been seen as a physical drag, but tonight he won a physical/mental challange for his team. It look slike th merge is coming, so I think he will be around for awhile since people don't view him as the threat that he is. Guys like boo and Alex will go before him.

So good-bye Lisi, I never liked you. Good episode. I am looking forward to next week and seeing an idol get played.

1. It was a mistake to get Mookie involved with the idol
Why did they do that? And it surprised me that they did not think to substitute a fake idol like Yaoman did.

My two favorite players (it took this long to find someone I liked) are Alex and Edgardo -- I hope one of them win, although I also wouldn't mind if Yaoman did.

In some ways, Alex/Edgardo may have made a mistake by not taking Dreamz out now, but I guess they figured that they have secured Lisi's vote in the end by taking her out when she had requested it (even though she tried to backpedal).

The merge will certainly be interesting!

2. Those were both HUGE mistakes

I suspect that Yaoman, Earl and Michele will make an alliance with Dreamz and Cassandra after the merge and pick off the others. Then I think its Earl's to lose, but Yaoman and Mookie have the idols.

8. Lisi killed herself but I think it was a mistake on Alex, Edguardo
and Mookie to vote her off. Get rid of Dreamz because if the merge is next you'll be in the minority taking out that alliance and possibly swinging Lisi over to you but making her an easy target next. Just give her a pep talk before tribal and hope she comes around and gets a fire lit under her to go on and play the game with her in your corner.

3. Lisi was her own worst enemy.
I had to laugh when she was crowing about how hard it would be to put one over on her.

The dancing and the native feast were cool.

Why didn't more people throw the spear like a javelin? With a running start?

I don't know how the immunity idol is going to work with Mookie, Edgardo and Alex all knowing about it. Looks like everyone is heading to Exile Island next week.

4. Well, I'm out
And Lisi was an awful player. I couldn't believe that she kept talking about quitting. I wanted to shake her and tell her to get a grip.

5. I don't get quiters
Its so hard to get on survivor, have you not watched to realize it will be hard. Lisi never had it hard. She was in luxary, then three days on exhile island and with the poor tribe she wants to quit. Good bye.

6. Not to mention her idiotic decision to tell them exactly where to find the idol
She could have put them on the wrong track and watched to see if they would take the bait. She was one of the worst players to ever play the game. Just pathetic. I have to get better at picking.

7. She was terrible
I don't really love anyone in this season. I like yao-man and I like Earl best. I am hoping its one of them. They have the numbers at the merge if they play smart. I think one of the idols will be played soon.
