God Wants You To Roll!
Edited on Wed Jul-06-05 11:56 PM by onager
I'm facing 18 hours on an airplane soon, so I've been doing some SERIOUS book shopping.

Tonight I found this gem. Hell, the subtitle alone is worth the price of the book:

God Wants You to Roll! The $21 Million "Miracle Car" Scam -- How Two Boys Fleeced America's Churchgoers by John Phillips

Here's the link to it on Amazon:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0786714433/qid=1120711821/sr=8-1/ref=pd_bbs_ur_1/002-5923312-8120863?v=glance&s=books&n=507846

Yet, for some reason, I get attacked whenever I suggest that Magical Thinkers are more likely to get fleeced by con artists...

Reminds me of Burnam on Deadwood, who said something like: "If I took their money illegally, they would call me a thief. And yet, stupidity remains perfectly legal and unpunished..."
