God Owes Us an Apology

If we are responsible for our actions, as most religions insist, then God should be, too, and I would propose, post-tsunami, an immediate withdrawal of prayer and other forms of flattery directed at a supposedly moral deity--at least until an apology is issued, such as, for example: "I was so busy with Cindy-in-Omaha's weight-loss program that I wasn't paying attention to the Earth's crust."

1. He owes me one on a personal level.

His followers constantly say "Anything is possible through the Lord Jesus Christ." That's a blatant lie. If anything is possible, then where's the resounding "Yes" to my last prayer? And by LAST prayer, I'm getting closer and closer to really meaning that literally this time. It's not even like it was the prayer for world peace or anything seemingly impossible like that. Although, it has been one of my main prayers for as long as I can remember. I see no world peace and I see no action on my last prayer. The slogan is a lie. Period.
