Need help...Filing for SSDI for my kiddo

I went to the SSA website, but could not find a list of forms that I need to fill out to apply for SSDI for my ADHD/ODD/Aspie eleven year old. I did a search, and got a list of forms, but I don't know if I need all of them, or if there are more that did not come up with my search criteria. Can someone tell me what forms I need to fill out? If I can, I'd like to get all of them done and turned in at once.

1. Call your local SSA office

You will be applying for SSI, not SSDI.

Since your son is under 18, they will consider your resources his resources. He/you can not have more than $2000, excluding your house and one vehicle.

SSA is a very tough agency to deal with, at least here it is.
