Anybody here play Timesplitters?
It's the best FPS on a console imho. Well maybe next to Halo, though I wasn't too impressed with Halo 2. I bought the day it came out and can't put it down. And the built in Mapmaker is a blast. So if anybody here plays it post your online name and let's shoot 'em up.

1. How Does It Compare To...
"Brothers In Arms: Road To Hill Whateva"? If you have played it of course. It's getting rave reviews. I played the last "Timesplitters" and thought it was ok. I didn't care for the overly cartoonish character models.

2. Haven't played it BIA.
I'm a little tired of the WW2 genre after playing Some of the MOH series. I've loved each of the Timesplitters games. This one has the same cartoonish models. It's not my favorite style, but the amount of character models, the humor in the game and the fact that you can make your own maps makes me all fuzzy inside.

3. I've played the sequel.
Pretty good game. Didn't play it online because I don't have the network adapter for the PS2.

Didn't some of the developers from Rare ( Goldeneye and Perfect Dark) make that game ?

4. Yep, ex-Rare people make it.
A few buddies of mine would come over and play the first Timesplitters all the time just like we used to play Goldeneye like crazy.
