Has anyone ever taken a Silva Mind Method course?

I'm thinking of getting the Home study course on their website and wanted some feedback first.

1. that takes me back

it's basically deep relaxation, ie prerequisite
for self hypnosis.
It works, as long as you don't expect
miracles. It can make you more sensitive, psychic,
but you may not want that.

2. I took it ages ago. I enjoyed the 2 day course. For some reason

my life is so confusing to stick with something for long. Everyone that did take the course was very happy with it. One thing I still use is when a bad thought happens or a bad idea goes through my mind I say "cancel canel". Breaks the bad vibes.

4. I did TM and est, and then Silva.

Silva was my favorite.
I also still use, cancel, cancel whenever I have a negative thought.
If you can take the course live, I would encourage it. Otherwise, do the next best thing.
The classes they give (at least mine did) in the evenings as an extension were excellent. This was in Annandale, Va.
