You can definitely see now some type of power struggle with Bush. I think he is trying to help keep the power and keep doing his plans by getting rid of Rumsfeld. I also agree with what he said about the election results. It was supposed to happen and I predicted this on my own back in January in my journal. Everything just seems so familiar and kind of like dejavu.

10. Complex situation

I think on one level Bush himself may be relieved.

Kind of like the teen who has been left home alone
and all the kids have come over, and he and the kids are
out of control. Then the parents come home and the boom is lowered.
The kid feels relieved underneath it all.

The Dems are now a check and balance on Bush, and Poppy Bush
has come in and taken charge, descended upon the White House
and started making changes.

This is consistent with what I was picking up.

Psychic abilities are so interesting, and so complex.

This must be what it means that I am in touch with the collective unconscious. Whenever an event happens, I just get a strong feeling that all is not as it appears and then I get feelings and a strong sense of the back story or the undercurrents. I have a strong sense where there is funny business going on.

An example is some time back my husband and I moved into a neighborhood where everyone had just had their homes built by a very reputable long time local builder. Very soon after we moved in, I started getting a funny feeling that something was really wrong with the house and the builder. I knew all was not well.

So I got online and started doing some investigation, and all the good press the builder was getting didn't look right to me either, the pieces of the puzzle were
not fitting together for me. And then I looked at his financial statements which were online. I saw that he had done the infamous Enron double book accounting method, off balance sheet accounting, essentially cooking the books. My alarm bells started going off big time.

I knew that the builder was in big financial trouble, that he was not paying the subs and had used poor materials. And that he was going to file bankruptcy. I started talking to my neighbors, many of whom were incensed that I would say those things. One lady would not even speak to me even though I downloaded and gave her the builder's finanical sheets and highlighted the many questionable parts of it.

Long story short, everything I said was true, and even worse stuff came out.
Because I sounded the alarm early, and I was willing to go up against the builder and get the state attorney general involved, our neighborhood got some of the last repairs before he filed bankruptcy. After that I was the queen of the neighborhood for a while, they were so thankful for what I had done.

I have a question about this article though. Is Matthew saying that basically we will just have more of the same and just to withdraw our energy from the process of politics at this point?

Even today, I have a reputation.

For example there has been a vacant lot in the neighborhood
full of weeds. Everyone has complained and made calls to get
the weeds mowed down. Every one is frustrated, nothing is being
done all summer about it.

I pick up the phone, make one call. Weeds are mowed down the next day.

Same thing with street signs. Kids keep vandalizing the street signs.
City refused to put them back up, saying it is the association's responsibility.
Association says it is the city's, typical run around. Everyone angry
and frustrated. I tell my husband that I can get the street signs up
in 24 hours. I make one phone call, signs replaced the next day.
And they are the kind that are vandal proof. End of problem.

The neighborhood men stop my husband and ask him how the hell does your wife
do it? What is her secret? He just shakes his head and says, don't ask.

Have you ever considered establishing a calling center. . .say 1 800 KVETCH or something. . .to make calls on the behalf of others? You could make a fortune I'm sure. I've always thought that would be a funny service to offer but one would have to have really thick skin to do so.

But seriously, would that it were there was a cassie in every neighborhood.

As for the collective tentative apprehension about the outcome of the election, given what we've had to endure it's totally understandable and warranted.

I remember before the election that Matthew had said something to the effect of. . .even if there is a change in leadership it wouldn't necessarily result in the massive changes we'd like or really require.

Still, restoration of checks and balances does have me feeling greatly relieved. The fact that there will be hearings and investigations of all the gross malfeasance that's transpired will be tedious and given that this administration has blocked or hindered any scrutiny whatsoever and smeared whistleblowers routinely does not bode well either.

Yet there has unquestionably been a shift and it feels as though the shadow of distortion we've been under since '00 is at least on the wane.

I do like how Matthew acknowledged both that the will of the people craving peace had an influence and that the Dems would have won by far more if the elections were fairer.

I find his messages are generally wonderfully affirmative.

has Mars at 10 Scorpio in an exact trine to Uranus and I've always marveled over the acumen and precision with which she is able target the jugular vein of various dragons.

Well, that's how I have described it in the past, but observation and targeting the achille's heal is probably a more apt description since it inspires a visual of the opposition caving and being knock off its stance.

Oh and for the sake of clarity and to avoid any accusations of misrepresentation, I was paraphrasing what Matthew had said based on memory. It wasn't a direct quotation.

Actually I never thought about it, but Mars hits most everything in my chart. The Mars in Scorpio is also part of one of my trines, a triple grand water trine, with 10 h Uranus in cancer trine my Pisces stellium (Moon, Sun, Mercury, North Node) in the 6h of service and moon in 7h of relationships.

Mars also aspects my Pluto in the 12h, Saturn in Libra 2h, and my Chiron. And Mars hits the angles and my chart ruler.

Gee maybe I could be an even bigger bad*ss than I already am :)

(OK I know it is karmic, I know I must use it only for good. I get stinky with it, I am karmic dead meat.)

BTW It is very simple actually, you do not need fancy chart aspects to do what I do. Just do some homework and some thinking, get the Achille's heel of the dragon in clear sight.

Then just make one simple, polite phone call to the most appropriate person. And then sit back and wait for things to start happening. Presto. All done. Easy as pie.

I can give you example after example. An office manager of a friend of mine recently had been hassling over a bad realtor/house deal for months since she was clearly due a deposit refund. I heard the story, told her to go to a certain website and get some info, then make one phone call, then sit back and wait. Within one week she had the full amount due to her. She baked me a cake in thanks!

My point is that anyone can do it, nothing really special about it.
I can't understand why everyone doesn't do it.

And oops, sorry about Matthew sentence, wrong to say it was a quote, my fault, should have said paraphrase, but it was so accurate a paraphrase I was thinking it was a quote. (If the spirit world is going to ding me or you for that, they do not have enough to do :( )
