The way to check is to see how many other deep drilling rigs entered into such contracts as they approached "black gold".

That would sound like Darth Cheney's strategy. Make money off of death and destruction, hedge your bets. That's why we've got to turn this whole mindset around whilst perp walking the Cheney board of directors.

2. I disagree with President Obama about the "not looking back" thing...

I think holding Bush-Cheney et al accountable is necessary in order to move forward and create this new way.

He has a Herculean task...absolutely...yet I do wish he would not have taken holding them accountable off the table.

Then again, maybe there are things yet to be revealed that it make it necessary -- legally -- TO hold them accountable as a result of this BP criminal fiasco.
