Challenge "Tuscan Style" spreadable butter -
Bought this yesterday on a whim, it was on sale and I needed butter anyway.

Spreadable butter with olive oil, canola oil, garlic puree, roasted garlic puree, 'Italian spices' (basil and oregano), some sea salt.

You've got to have a taste for garlic, it's prominent in this butter. Really, really good. Great on a potato, made simple poached egg on toast a treat and grilled bagel in the morning a tasty quickie. Yeah, I know I could put it together "homemade" but the sale price and simplicity was the hook.

If you see it, try it out.

1. I bought one of those cuz I had a coupon and got it almost free.
I thought it tasted good, and was handy to have in the fridge. I used it several different ways. On some fish, for bruschetta, etc.

Challenge butter is rated the very best supermarket grade butter in the U.S., and I always try to buy it when I have a coupon or it's on sale.
