Hello there!
Just wanted to say hello those those of you that I used to chat with in this amazing group!

I've been quite ill and am finally feeling up to posting again. I have a lot of reading to do to see what everyone has been up to! I just started baking bread again a week ago and thought about all of you, and all of our Ain5 experiments, while I was stirring up that first batch!
