What's for dinner ~ Saturday ~ April the 4th Edition

Since Lucinda's been absent today (I really hope she's okay since the fellas are away.) I thought I would post this for her.

We're having more corned beef (the rest really is going in the freezer tonight! LOL) with garlic buttered potatoes and caramelized Brussels sprouts, sourdough rye bread (I didn't make it.)

What's for dinner out your way? :hi:

1. Fusilli with meat sauce, salad with asparagus and sweet potato (i.e. leftovers), pears.

3. The salmon and asparagus I was planning for last night

Meeting ran late, so had DH heat up a couple of our homemade pork and veggie pies.

Coz I'm kinda confused. LOL I haven't had a good piece of salmon in a bit. Sounds really good. How are you/did you prepare it? :hi:

7. I had DH thaw pot pies for Friday, and we hald the salmon croquette Saturday

They were from that big keta salmon I got whole for $2.99 a lb in February. It was previously frozen, so I just did a couple of filets the first night, and then made up salmon patties to bake and freeze.a Didn't want to refreeze the filets.
