What's for dinner? ~ Thursday the 26th
Edited on Thu Mar-26-09 05:38 PM by Lucinda
Bill's making Chinese tonight. Yum.
:) Something with chicken, and rice, and veggies, but I don't know what form it will take yet.

What's for dinner where you are?

5. I love lamb.
That sounds luscious, especially with beans--my favorite!

2. Bill had what was left of the
stuffed mushroom whatever I made last night and a fresh green salad, with Ain5 bread. I wasn't that hungry so I had the last of the bread dipped in some of my homemade pasta sauce. :9

3. Linguine alfredo with shrimp.....
and plain (precious and fancy) salad greens tossed with a red wine and garlic vinaigrette (my grandfather's "recipe"), washed along with an icy pinot grigio.

I am happy now......................

6. Baked chicken...
I don't now what the sides will be. And I made a ham & bean soup in the crockpot. Pureed the onion & celery first, veggie broth and 2 kinds of beans with some ham base from Better Than Bouillon. Bay leaf and garlic and that was that for the soup. Nice on a snowy day.

I know your house smells good tonight from the Chinese chicken dish!

4 quarts leftovers also. I've been busy fighting a traffic ticket (lost) and applying for Social Security.
