Brandied Cherries
What the hell do I do with these. "Someone" in our family bought them, thinking the idea of them was pretty cool. They have since collected a layer of dust on the jar cap.

1. IIrc, this is actually all the fault of AzDem.
It was she, that temptress of tantalizing treats, who lured me over to the Vermont Country Store site, where all sorts of things leaped into my shopping cart.

At least I think it was her...

If not, I blame her anyway. :P

3. hey, I don't even drink!!!!

I have nothing to do with brandies cherries, but I think they'd make an excellent topping for cheese cake or ice cream

if I drank

which I don't

but if I did.......

2. way too sweet for us...
but years ago I remember making some...
as used them as a topping for ice cream, cheesecake or bread pudding.

our tastes have changed a bit lately - maybe topping ricotta? mmmm that actually sounds good enough to make some more brandied cherries...

4. Chocolate Bread Pudding
with brandied cherries

Not necessarily this recipe, but it's the first one that popped up when I thought of the idea.

Or tapioca and brandied cherries.

Or brandied cherry spice muffin.
