You can ask us anything about the recipes below. For example:

* Have you ever made one of these recipes and wondered why it didn’t turn out the way you wanted it to?

I haven't come across this show yet, and I always watch America's Test Kitchen on PBS. I'm sorry to learn that I've missed a whole season of the Cook's Country show!
