Defrosting tips?
Let's say you have two game hens that need to be defrosted by....say 7pm, and it's looking like they won't be fully defrosted at that point. Whaddya do? Help!

1. Running water
Run water on them until you are able to get them out of the package. Then run water on them to thaw. Move them around a bit so the water gets everywhere.

Running water's the best way for poultry.
